Pricing Notice
All prices shown are starting-from amounts for standard, non-urgent services. Final fees may vary based on:

The specific service requested

The number of documents or signatures required

Same-day or rush appointments

Mobile services and travel to the client, including possible surcharges for rush-hour, late-night, early-morning, or inclement-weather appointments

Waiting time at mobile appointments (a short grace period is provided, after which waiting time may be subject to waiting fees)

Scanning, mailing, or other handling of documents

Seasonal adjustments and promotions
Premiums and add-ons are stackable and are added to the base fee where applicable. A personalized quote is always provided during intake/consultation so you know your total cost before proceeding. Prices, services, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Waiting Time Policy
Due to the volume of requests and to respect the time of all clients, appointments must start on time wherever possible. For all appointments (in-office and mobile), a short grace period is provided:

You have a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled start time.

After 10 minutes, waiting time is billed at $15 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) — equal to $1 per minute.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be treated as a no-show, and any applicable mobile, rush, or after-hours fees will still apply. A new appointment and fee will be required to rebook.
Mobile Service Surcharges
Mobile services include my travel to and from your home, workplace, or another agreed location. In addition to the base mobile fee, the following surcharges may apply:

Rush-hour surcharge (mobile only): may apply to appointments scheduled during peak traffic times (typically 7:00–9:00 a.m. and 4:00–6:00 p.m.).

Late-night / early-morning surcharge: may apply to appointments scheduled before 9:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.

Inclement weather surcharge: may apply during severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, ice storms, extreme weather alerts).
Any applicable surcharges will be clearly identified in your quote before you confirm your booking.
